The Design Clarity Intensive is a one-on-one working session where we identify what’s holding your space back and create a clear, prioritized plan forward—before you spend more time or money guessing.

This is for homeowners and rental hosts who want answers, not more inspiration.

What This Session Is:

This is not a casual consult or a shopping call.

It’s a focused, high-impact working session centered on:

  • Layout and space planning

  • Scale, proportion, and visual balance

  • Understanding why a room feels “off”

  • Identifying what to fix first for the biggest improvement

We’ll cut through the noise, diagnose the real issues, and decide on a clear path forward.

I do offer more comprehensive design services, and if we determine that’s the best next step, the cost of this session can be applied toward a larger engagement.

Because the purpose of this intensive is to create a plan of action, those who aren’t able to implement recommendations on their own won’t get the full value from this format.
