$175 per hour

 A one-hour Zoom session where we’ll review your space together and answer your biggest design questions. Perfect if you want:

  • Help choosing between layout options or furniture upgrades
  • Advice on measurements or tricky room features
  • Styling feedback tailored to your property

You’ll leave the call with clear next steps — and confidence to move forward.

Tailored to your unique space.
 We’ll adapt your chosen Edit so it works seamlessly with your property’s layout. This service includes:

  • A revised floor plan based on your exact room dimensions
  • Substitutions for up to 3 furniture or decor items to better fit your space
  • A revised PDF package customized for your rental
CUSTOMIZE A FLOORPLAN

Custom Art Package

$199 per room

Artwork that tells your property’s story.
 Make your walls as intentional as your furniture. This add-on provides:

  • A focal wall art plan (perfect for over a sofa or bed)
  • Two coordinating “B” pieces or arrangements
  • Sizing, framing, and placement guidance so installation is foolproof
  • A curated mix of digital downloads, prints, or ready-to-hang options

Selections will fit with the package purchased and be tailored to your location and/or branding.
